"I know who I am, and I know what I believe, and that's all I need to know."

What if I want to run away? Run away from this world we have to live in. Those "models" we have to follow, those sizes we have to fit in and those ideologies that have to be our own ideologies. Take time to stay out of that. Go out, under the sun or the rain. Go out running, empty your mind for a little bit, maybe you have enough just with 15 minutes, or you might need 1 hour to clean your mind completely. Take a huge breath and, when you think you're ready, go back home.
It's not about escaping, but about going away just for a little time.
What scares you the most? Are you really in love with someone? Did you really meant those "I love you"'s? Do you miss someone? Have you recently told someone you loved them? Do you really think those nights with no sleeping aren't related to how you feel? Who are you? Are you doing what  you want to do or what society tells you to do? Are you living life or watching it passing by?

Will Smith said once "I'm motivated by fear. Fear of fear. I hate being scared to do something."
Follow your own beliefs. If you have a dream, go and fight for it. Do not give up just because someone said you won't make it. Do not give up just because you think someone's better than you. Inspiration comes when we aren't looking for her, and goes away when we need her. But life is life. You have to live life to the fullest, if not... what's the point of making your dreams come true if you're not willing to risk everything you have?
Wake up everyday with the determination of working on your dream. Studying or practicing will help you. But what will definitely lead you there is your courage. People might tell you you're not good enough, or that your dream is hard or impossible to achieve. Screw them. Do what you want to do the most. Painting, creating a NGO, playing football, singing, playing guitar, being a doctor... Fight for it, and someday you will get there. Sooner or later, but eventually you will.
